I haven't tried it but the gimmick here is
the smoothies at the gym. $5.78 with tax and I give a buck tip. Muscle Milk is over 2 bucks a carton. I need to buy a jug of mix and make my own. In the month I've been lifting and doing the treadmill and lifecycle I've lost 20 pounds. The girls are talking to me now. I've gone from 285 to 265 today. I was 295 towards the end of the school year...
