Ahhhhh. It makes sense to rise the cost of premium seating especially if the comfort level rises as well. These are people with disposable income and they are there for the amenities a professional venue has to offer. Back in the day in Gary; courtside fans had an exclusive entrance to the arena, parking pass NEAR that entrance, wait service, and buffet during halftime. That was before the economy went completely sour. That's why I said...

I think that premium seats are floor seats after the first three rows and possibly the first few rows of the lower bowl near the centre court, but I am not sure. I'll have to check with my dad and see what they charged for his season tickets (he took over my seats in the second row of section 23) A bit cheaper might have been good for kids, but the mooseheads still charge $9 a head for the under 12 crowd, but they play waaaaay more games....

Agreed. I find it very interesting that the CIFL claims that the Slaughter were tossed for non payment of dues. But when reporters ask to see verifying documents they are told that all that information has to be kept confidential. I'd bet others here have the details, but I'm almost certain it will be the Marion County Circuit Court in Indianapolis, Indiana, and probably in front of Judge Louis F. Rosenberg.

You know, sharks, Im not in favor of your idea. I like the fact that what makes the Atlantic League better than other Indy leagues is the high level of talent and longer season. I think the league is thriving. I love the fact there's still Atlantic League games going. I was there last week in Somerset and they had a full house. There are two weak teams, sure. Every league has weaker teams. ...

[font="Arial Black"] The plan to play winter ball in Florida is a good concept. There are numerous facilitys to work in, the weather is good, and many baseball people make their home there. When you take it from the drawing board to the field, you have to be realistic. You can not start a season without your funding in place. The idea that you can use ticket revenue to cover the payroll and ...

This is interesting. Starke is branching away from the AWL. Lots of these off-season instructionals have sprouted up after AWL did it first. I'm really interested in this Florida Winter League. They are playing a full-fledged 60 game schedule with no developmental aspects. I believe announced fall leagues in Alexandria and from the Super Indy League in Chicago never materialized. So, AWL, ...

Noticed a few things:
1. No Arctic Predators? I thought they were approved with the Revs & Spartans!
2. So apparently Gridiron isn't going to fight the Dusters and Blizzard keeping their names...Welcome Slaughter too!
3. I see Muskegon's not just the "Thunder" anymore...now they're the " Thunder Birds" or "Thunder Hawks" or something like that (can't quite see from that small logo preview)....
