Hi Demory, If we get familiar with the instruction manual and follow it how it is to be followed and practice it, we wont go wrong. Is a light bulb a battery? At times words certainly do hurt. Some people here seem to take offense easily. I take offense at times . . . depending on my mood and what is going on in life. How much of your power are you WILLING to give away? I wouldn't put it that way, since it is not a conscious choice, in my view.

I would say, please no thanks. I am 51 years young, and am a light weight at 90 to 94 lbs. 5 ft. 3 and wear a 30 nearly A bra. I end up having to shop in the junior section. Did you know I heard about an experiment somewhere (not sure where) in which some plants were exposed to negative emotions and anger and others were not. The plants that were in a peaceful environment thrived. The plants which were in a combative environment did not. So it does really make you think about what we are projecting when we are angry.
