I read this book at it was awesome. It worked like a charm the first time I tried all the suggestions. Lucas is sleeping 9 hours a night now and is a very happy baby.

Personally I wouldn't be able to handle sticking to a schedule if it meant my baby was feeling hungry. From what I understand a lot of the schedule most people follow has to do with keeping the baby satisfied & it's not the intent to make the baby go hungry simply because it doesn't fit with the schedule. There are some moms on here that do adhere to a schedule more than me so hopefully they can helpful. As for us we do...

I have been doing a Baby Boot Camp exercise class since DD was 8 months old-so about a year and a half. It's basically a stroller fitness class but it's pretty hardcore. I do not plan on giving my BF baby vitamins, unless proven to be medically necessary. They can check the baby's blood if it is suspected that they are deficient. I don't have time to type a lot now, but see this site for some great information.

yep, i'm EPing right now. Ugh, I feel sad seeing this question. I gained 38 and have only lost 23 so far. I've not been eating very well, and haven't been able to get any exercise at ALL. DH and I are starting Weight Watchers again next Monday (he's been slipping, too) so I'll get going on the 50 lbs I need to lose. Congrats on your quick loss! I'm sure you're working hard.

I wanted to check the combo choice but Ethan is prefering the bottle more then my breast so I think we'll be strictly bottle feeding soon..I really enjoy our bfing time together in bed and when we sit on the couch and relax but he prefer's the instant reaction to the bottle..bummer too. oh well, he's almost 8wks and I was able to go this long Im good!
