Inspired vs. MG-1 Pedals

When the holes fall out of mine (MG-1) modtire just hammers nails into them. The sharpness wears down quickly and I'm hard on pedals

Sounds good. I don't know Indy very well but I know there's some Indy guys on here. Also if you need a bike to ride I have a Monty mod I never use, and if your not picky could scrounge up the parts to build another stock bike.

wow....for the tools it looks like you have, you did a pretty damn good job....
props for giving it a go! it may not be the prettiest, but it should work.....for a while at least. let us know if it lasts.....
also, did it turn out straight? every thread I see about frame building everybody says..."frames always turn out a bit tweaked in some way shape or form if you dont use a jig!"......

As always a video is worth 1,000 words.
Is your weight far enough back?

I'd grab a piece of threaded rod, a few nuts/washers/sockets and make a puller for it if I didn't want to used a hammer.
I think that light taps on the axle would remove it though. I have replaced the drive side bearing many times on a Surly hub, and my Echo SL bearing just slides out even when new (gotta love Deng).

wow! I actually liked that! My first impression was pretty much "eeh," but it really grew on me! They have such an awesome style! What is it called when they do that wheel-switch without braking?
