It sounds like a bad IPDM, a common problem. Do a search here on the IPDM,
you will find a lot of info.

1. Try putting some lube on the front sway bar bushings. Thats the rubber bushings that the sway bar mounts to the frame with.
2. That is the air compressor for the auto level system running. It is normal for it to come on with an added load. You could have some air leaks at the lines that run from the compressor to the shocks; that could cause the rear to sag. Check the lines/fittings for leaks...

Look for a late 05 and up. The 04s and early (built before May 05) had a lot of brake rotor warping problems. This was corrected after May of 05.
If you ever plan to do any towing be sure to buy an Armada with the factory tow package (not just a hitch added).

I have an 06 and had my belt tensioner pulley replaced in 07 for the same issue under warranty. Belt looked good, no cracks. Tension on the belt was fine also.
I also have seen my upper radiator hose collapsed twice in the cooler months. It may happen more, but I just happeded to be checking the fluids after sitting overnight. Didn't think anything of it. Hope it is not a problem.

Unless you got a steal deal price on those rims, there's no way I'd space them out with spacers or adapters. There's plenty of rims with the correct offset/backspacing that fit the hub AND tires much better than those are doing. I would request them to be changed out for something that actually fits because that's alot of $$$ to drop down for a make shift setup. Just my $.02.

1. no code. you will lose presets but thats it.
2. the tire sensor could me damaged, missing or not programmed properly.
a real easy way to see if your sensor is there is to physically look at the valve stem. the stem is stiff/rigid, made of aluminum or whatever but its not rubber, so go around and check those.
if they are all there, then just go to nissan and pay them to have it ...

That has happened on several Titans also. A short spliced in exhaust pipe
sleeve will eliminate that rusty flange section, about $30 at most muffler
shops.
