I do not want to be deployed on operations with people who don't want to be there. I also don't want to go through a training system ( Battle School) for 16 weeks with people who have no desire to. Joining the Army is a great experience but I fault no one for not wanting to do it, it's not for everyone. You can't expect everyone to be able to go through Battle School (Infantry only)...
