Hey, I think that not seeing anyone but your mum briefly since Friday has a lot to do with this.. We all need to feel liked, loved and valued, and at the moment you need more of that. It’s not too much to want some support at all - it’s very normal and a basic human requirement. I agree that that’s why you’ve contacted your ex. Please don’t beat yourself up over that - it’s certainly not “pathetic” - it’s completely understandable....

Eyyyy up Laura! Actually you can blame the man! YAY Womens eggs are all XX chromosome, whereas sperm have XY, so they determine the sex. So whenever there's a bloke sat surrounded by barbies whining that he wanted a son to play football with, you can yell it's your own damn fault! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

heyyy what i think with every relationship is that if theres no trust, no relationship. if you want to make it work with this guy just ask him straight out one question why did he get back in touch with this girl.. if he convinces you and you feel hes not lying to you..has he ever given you reason to doubt him? then move on...forget everything and live happily ever after untill he gives reason ...

It is healthy to experiment with your boundaries and push on into new territory. This will all be good for your relationship-go for it find an escort agency shop around until you know the woman on the other end of the phone will suit you and enjoy. Make sure you set up a camera to record the event. Make it clear to him that this will not be a weekly experience. Have fun.

well yur skin is gettingall dry and flakey cos your washing it too much, your skin needs oil in it to be moist, but each time you wash yur skin you wash abit of oil away as well as bacteria, so if you keep washing your skin, you just wash all the oil away which then makes it become dry and flakey and itchy. you need to relax angel, go to the sunbeds or get a massage or something, chill, and calm...

Hi Becky, I don't know if this will help but I just wanted you to know someone has read what you wrote and is trying to help. It sounds like one of those situations that is really quite tangled - you think he had an affair, but it never came out in the open so you never tackled it. That's happened to me many years ago and it comes back to bite you all the time as basically the trust has gone ...

Not that I know of. to be honest I hope there never is as i feel this is medalling with nature too much. i feel if someone wants a child they should love that child no matter what its gender, and being able to pick the gender I feel is a bit like having a designer baby. At what point does that child become an accessory more than a life? all the best Diableret (I know my ...

Hi, I think you’re being very hard on yourself here. You’ve been trying to support him and it’s not you who’s left. It was natural to tell him your fears and to seek his reasurrances - please try not to feel guilty? You’ve said “ All I did was bring him down and confirm in his mind that he shouln't be at home and probably shouldn't even call me as I just make it all worse,” Do ...

Its not a rant it is a true feeling of depression we sufferers dont beleive we deserve to feel better so mentally we try and keep ourselves down by saying a whole lot of negative things about ourselves in our subconcious. Depression is a hard illness to get over but u can but it takes time and steps. As a first step i want you to list positives things about your personality in this post because ...

Hi Lisa, It’s quite a while since we’ve spoken. You’re ex is a low life - no doubt there. He’s been putting you under pressure for a long time now and I think it would be a good idea to think in legal terms perhaps? You’ve done a good job raising your son - don’t give yourself a hard time over that. I know your moods are up and down a lot and it’s not suprising when you’re being harassed ...

Hi there, from my experience I would say a definite yes to your first question - loss of feeling is very common in depression and blaming a partner for the depression is also common as well. I know that doesn't make sense, but that is often how it goes. As for your second question, it just depends on all sorts of things such as how severe and long lasting the depression is, how much the person ...
