Don't know this guy, or the situation, but before anybody thinks this amounts to a hill of beans, check out the duties and limited abilities of the Police Commission. They are a joke, who Can do little more except recommend more money for the Dept. They can't fire, they can't discipline, they can;t even investigate dept actions. This is little more than a
