With all the breakin postings, I just have to ask........The same can and does occur throughout the state......It's really simple.....Dont' leave anything of value exsposed....Empty rod tubes within a vehicle means broken glass. I leave my rod tubes, reel cases, shoes in the open....Never been bothered.... And yes, I did once leave a Ruger M77 30.06 in the travel case in my truck bed while at Smiths. Could have been ugly.....

I lost my polarized sun glasses at the Fling today. I was parked in the right lot nearest the food line - spot #2 next to Terry Creech's red truck. The sun glasses have a black neck holder attached to the stems. Please email me if found. Thank you.

The Ami is looking very good right now. It is as clear as I have ever seen it at Steel Bridge. The high water has push a lot of the old junk down stream and the fishing was great last night. I landed four in less than an hour and had several more hook ups that got off. I would say that it will be real good for the next few days at the 53 park or at Steel Bridge. Good luck with your project! I was really surprised to see on another thread that there were so many wild fish in the river. The only wild rainbow I've caught in the Hooch was at Paces Ferry, of all places. It was 6-7" or so, was brilliantly colored, and it jumped all over the place.

I was unaware of this. I haven't fished in georgia for trout yet. You guys
should contact trout unlimited and see if they might be able to help get
some stricter laws passed as far as limit etc.. CAST NETS that is totally
ridiculous. Everywhere I have ever been has had a max of 4 fish limit. I
don't keep trout but four per day is plenty enough for one person to eat.

I don't think Mark Richt is the problem. This is exactly why UGA will not
be dominant in the SEC. Every time we have a losing season the coach is the
one that gets the blame. Maybe if we had a decent quarterback and better
defense things would be much different. I think maybe some new recruiters
would be a better choice than getting rid of Richt. I think Richt has done
a good job with what he has...

We were there on Friday and it was dee-eee-aye-dee....dead.
Three of us managed one (count em: one) fish and quit by 11AM.
Clearly the stocking had not begun as of Friday. IMHO.
