No you can't. And a valve won't cause stalling unless it's leaking.

More and more young/immature people are getting into our scene. Just because you're young doesn't make you immature and visa versa. What does need to happen is the people who follow the rules (the majority) need to start stepping up and saying something to the people who don't follow the rules to get it to stop.
