Missed a day this week, so will probably do some bi/tri and back tonight. No deads though, going to skip them this week, back and hips have been a bit sore. Did legs yesterday, frot squats, box squats, reg. lunges and one arm overhead db lunges....I can feel my butt startin to get sore already!..:)

If Dallas dares to walk into Cowboy Stadium this Sunday thinking they have this game won, Housh, Hasselbeck and Julius will show them other wise. If Dallas goes into this game like they need too than I predict a 27-10 win (like yours), but if they don't I see a 20-14 Seattle win.
