I used to fish for these when a youngster, used to take them home, skin them & fry them. Taste just like normal fish. These are nothing compared to their relative, the Conger, one of which killed a friend of mine while fishing for them from a boat.

I don't have IE7 so this is just a guess but it looks like you have opened blank tabs.
Mine does this when I open one, and will remain highlighted until I click on one of the tabs again, or type an address into the ADDRESS BAR , which is what you are calling a toolbar.
