If you're wanting to make it a race car your first problem is getting a G in the first place. A stripped down 370 would be a much better option. It's already a TON lighter and has a shorter wheel base and is just an overall better platform for making a track oriented car.

Yup. I just read the instructions and put the overlay in warm soapy water then apply it with a CC. I mean if your shop knows what he is doing then he should be able to do it

1-- I would go to a different place to get it alligned. I refuse to go to firestone for anything at all, but even if they are trustworthy and have done it twice and its STILL messing up, just get another opinion
2-- any car will follow the grooves of the road to a certain extent...if its outrageous i would say its due to the alignment being off (same for the steering wheel- go somewhere else)...

So I found this front carbon fiber lip for the 37. I called the place in Japan to see if they would ship it to the states but they didn't speak english. Can some vendor here make replica of this lip? I feel like its the perfect lip for the 37. What ya think.

I have to agree with you on the sunroof rattle, they had my headliner removed yesterday at Glendale Infiniti for 2 hours and could not figure out where the noise was coming from. I told them to just put the headliner back on i dont have all day to wait. I might call Infiniti Corporate and tell them about this problem,because it isnt just me its a lot of others too.

Take a test drive or you can even rent one in some cities. I've owned dozens of cars, personal and business from 240Z's to a 10 second Hemi car, and I'm very happy with the balance and perfomance my G provides as a DD.
The BMW is a nice car too. Some folks need that badge, and will do with a bit less or pay a bit more for it as a similar mid-cost sport car.

An aftermarket Y pipe will give a slightly deeper tone due to more air flow and will probably feel a little smoother on the middle to top end of the rpm band. The stock y pipes suck something horrible.
