A recall is put into place when the car maker determines the cost/benefit. If they do nothing and just let wrecks hapen and pay lawsuits vs if they fix it... its about which is cheaper... and thus your safety is based on money

Before I downloaded ms essentials......my comp was so screwwed, I could not open anything by a double click....I'd get "path does not exist" and bs like that! The only way I could open ANYTHING was to right click, and "run as". That shit sucked!!!! LOL i can literally race someone through dowtown columbus or phenix city theres much space and light traffic, even in atlanta it was nothin to cruise around down town just make sure you dont accidentally end up cruisn down a ONE way, those things suck

you need to buy a plastic tool that slides along the fuel filter supply and receiving lines. You push the plastic ring down into the fuel line connection to release the fuel line from the fuel filter. Might want to look into defensive driving school. You didn't say where you were from, so I don't really know if that's an option, for you. If you can do it, it won't really save you any money, but it'll keep your record clean.

Ive yet to see one that looked even close to good, it just looks out of place. If you like the look then get an 05, you will pick up a better interior and chassis in the process

I can't think of any TSB for the '09 Mustang GT off the top of my head and yes Ford's quality has really shot up and is now probably the best in the business.
