Fri 29th feb 08 Squats 44(20)x10 132(60)x5 220(100)x5 Feels heavy 286(130)x1 352(160)x3,3,3 first set was decent form, others **** Front squat 44(20)x10 132(60)x5 220(100)x5,5, Couldnt manage another set, real bad form on both sets, really feel exhausted and knackered Left it there, im knackered. im falling asleep as i type this :'(

The job I am in I am not on a permeanent contract. I get full time hours, and I have them for next year aswell. However over summer there is no work and I dont get paid till I am permanent. Instead of saving cash to last me summer I spent most of it and only have enough to cover my bills. So I got a good mate who used to be my ex boss to put a word in for me at his company for sumer work....

Went to a car auction this morning to look for something for the mrs. The price of the small little cars with little engines were going well over the odds! A W reg Alfa Romeo 2.0 twinspark MINT condition went for £650 just because of how big the engine was, i was gonna put a last minute bid in but the mrs said how much would it cost to run lol and i thought yeah shes right Y reg ...

Hi, I've got a big problem with legs and waist here. You see, every time I want to buy trousers... I just can't find any that fit me properly. Say I grab some jeans and they fit my legs perfectly. Then I have 5 inches of extra waist, or even more, which is just too much. Or say I get jeans which are my exact waist size. Then they'll smother my legs (if I am able to put them on at all). So ...

I'm having a **** night, last night was my cheat for the week Tonight I have had a few whiskeys, and just had a white bread roll and a few handfuls of crps as well think my relationship is over, need comfort food and drink in this situation dont know what else to do maybe i could smoke but i really trying to stop that and think maybe this is better than smoking ? fkc ...

Went to use the oly bar tonight to do some deadlifts. A few guys had been shrugging in the squat rack and had left the bar loaded with around 260kg of weights. After unloading the bar I noticed it was severly bent, this was due to the bar being dropped onto the squat rack rather than placed down. When I confronted the guy he said the bars are crap and should be able to be dropped without...

I hope i can get away with this, i know some others have made threads a bit like this, but this is properly titled so i thought id get in there. So yeah, to not have lots of different threads about big brother lets all post in my thread and all those that dont like Big Brother, keep out. you dont have to watch it and you dont have to tell everyone you hate it, even though you will....

So, most of us want to grow muscles etc etc blah blah. We go through a "Healthy" diet, omega 3, veggies, yada yada. Some of us juice, some of us dont/havent....yet? Whats the main reason why you haven't yet?
