Fri 29th feb 08 Squats 44(20)x10 132(60)x5 220(100)x5 Feels heavy 286(130)x1 352(160)x3,3,3 first set was decent form, others **** Front squat 44(20)x10 132(60)x5 220(100)x5,5, Couldnt manage another set, real bad form on both sets, really feel exhausted and knackered Left it there, im knackered. im falling asleep as i type this :'(

The job I am in I am not on a permeanent contract. I get full time hours, and I have them for next year aswell. However over summer there is no work and I dont get paid till I am permanent. Instead of saving cash to last me summer I spent most of it and only have enough to cover my bills. So I got a good mate who used to be my ex boss to put a word in for me at his company for sumer work....

Went to a car auction this morning to look for something for the mrs. The price of the small little cars with little engines were going well over the odds! Hi, I've got a big problem with legs and waist here. You see, every time I want to buy trousers... I just can't find any that fit me properly. Say I grab some jeans and they fit my legs perfectly. Went to use the oly bar tonight to do some deadlifts. A few guys had been shrugging in the squat rack and had left the bar loaded with around 260kg of weights. After unloading the bar I noticed it was severly bent, this was due to the bar being dropped onto the squat rack rather than placed down.
