What about the new Z1000?
Published (2009-11-25 20:20:00)
What little I've heard of the new one sounds very good. Like a naked ZX-10, keeping in mind naked will be used differently so should be a little different to be best at the differently. I like the looks (so far pictures, haven't seen one in the flesh yet).

I see your President is out with dreams in mind like offering to help run India what with financial matters, to terror to so much more. Sometimes I have to wonder as that man keeps on yattering like a future World Leader as he has had in mind for so many years, but never been even close to that position & cannot run the USA, as President, in a proper & full-proof he can correct the USA now.

Yes. "Shaving the Ears" is a well known mod for improving the intake efficiency and removing those screwy looking filters. I don't have the specifics at hand, but it is a widely known mod.

louemc said... There is a range of things called education. Catholics can be educated and follow the church doctrine of No Birth Control. Mormons the same. And this is typical of all religions. I'm talking about general education, not specific birth control stuff. Educated people seem to have fewer kids, for some reason--you can see it right here at home, even. I heard once about a guy in India, who'd been told he could have sex...

I don't know the answer, apart from education or the Chinese approach. But I do know that there will always be starving people. You would think that people in Ethiopia (for example) would not wish to bring children into the world, it must be obvious to them that their country cannot support its population, but they still have children that they cannot support and the children still die. Would that change if we were to provide more food...

Sorry to be slow on the congrats iman, but good on you anyway. We never had a scout troop here when I was a young lad (Cubs for the boys, Brownies for the girls and no co-eds thank you), although our community does have a troop now. Anytime someone has the persistance and dedication to become one of the upper levels in any endeavor, it is a big deal. Hopefully your letter recieves the answer you hope to get, and other...

I think you're living in a slight fairytale world. Yeah, I admit to being simple minded and naive. Life is better this way lol. Glad I was not born in Iraq .. I'de never known what it was like to ride my bike!! Being a lady, I'de be like a second rate citizen!!!!! Bet I would have been shot by now...

There are two covers. If you mean the one that covers the alternator and the balance/starter chains it may be held by the magnetism of the alternator or maybe the dipstick/filler plug is getting caught. There is a wire to the neutral switch as well, if I remember rightly. If it comes away 1/2" you must have removed all the screws. I don't think there is anything to stop the rear cover coming off...

We've all been there and done that whether or not we want to admit it. The first motocross bike I rode (YZ125) I had the damn front tire in the air alot because you had to try to keep it in the powerband.

2010 Suzuki RMX450Z First Look
2010 Suzuki RM-Z250/RM-Z450 First Look
Theres still time to reveal more models.

Which outsells which on the Car market? I wonder how many people don't ride a motorcycle because they've NEVER used a clutch before. 25 years ago when I was working on a golf course every summer we had to introduce kids to a clutch. Couldn't have gotten any better since. Full grown males that don't know how to shift. That has to be cutting into motorcycle sales on men let alone women who ...

Interesting SV. Who really knows what is in the cards? I know people who believed in the doomsday thing some 25 years back, and I won't mention what Religious Sect they belonged to. Suffice to say a bunch ogf them went so far as to "sell the farm" as it were and would't you know it nothing happened. Except they were broke, next to homeless with no viable means of support. I'm more of a realist ...

I haven't watched the videos....but what happens is, as you said, the slight turn to the left moves the contact patch to the left, which causes the whole bike to fall to the right (actually, it rolls around a central axis, the center of mass of the bike/rider). Once the bike is leaned to the right, the rider can still control the amount of lean by countersteering...some bikes have neutral ...

I have a problem with nuclear energy and that is that it has proved very expensive. When I was little, nuclear power was just coming on stream and some government minister or other was recorded as saying that nuclear energy was going to be too cheap to bother metering. Well, of course that has turned out to be a long way from the truth. Those power stations no longer produce power but they are ...
