i have been trying to get this done since 4/19/2009 and i have submitted 8 months of paperwork and the keep asking for more... it is just an excuse, i faxed them they said they werent ledgible, so i sent them, now they have a new excuse for an acct i closed in july and had send that paperwork, now they want something from the bank.... the government needs to get on this, they are just pushing ...

I have dealt with BOA on a short sale and sympathize with you. All I can suggest is you contact your state attorney generals office and file a complaint. Also contact BOA again and ask for the legal dept.... I wouldn't rely on agent alone...
