I made my own Chilli Bean Soup today and it was YUM! I doubled up the receipe so LOADS to keep me going! I think some of the Weight Watchers soups are low in syns if you need to syn them. Carlos, some people have been very helpful in the other post you posted earlier: http://www.minimins.com/lipotrim-for...ppressant.html (Appetite suppressant) I don't have any experience with those pills, so can't comment. Keep remembering food is a fuel and not a comfort. Eat healthy and watch your portion sizes is the best advice I can give.

Morning girls
Hope you are both going to have a good day. Mine for today is as follows, I am on a late at work today which is a pain and often plays havoc with my meals
B: weetabix and milk 3 points
L: sandwich and quavers 4.5 points
D: veggie lasagne (from work) 3.5 points and a salad pot
= 11/20

I'm on an EE day and ate out so I had a seafood ramen at Wagamama. I'm not sure how many, if any, syns there are in it though. I've searched high and wide for nutritional information but didn't find anything. The seafood ramen is a broth like soup with seafood and noodles and lots of veggies. There was hardly any oil in it too so not sure if it even has any syns... Arrrggghh!

Well, here I am
I felt it was time I had a poke about over here in the RTM walls
I start RTM on Wednesday 4th November 2009.
I have spent a lil time tonight reading my RTM books in preparation for Wednesday.
It has taken me 22 weeks to get here
