Some parts of it don't.--immediate for other parts. Not sure if it was Sanders or Sherrod Brown--probably Senator Brown who said on Ed Show the other night that Pre-existing Conditions clause will go away--no discrimination as one aspect--will be after it is signed into law. Senator Sanders said last night that he will offer amendments that strengthen the legislation. I trust Bernie on this and feel he understands our feelings on this....
