I'm not sure if Microsoft still offers replacement disks for Office 2003. In case they don't, check with friends if you can borrow their installation media. There is much more to your sad tale. Without knowing why you had to "restore
the Operating System and reinstall MS Office," I would never expect Outlook
to survive such brutal treatment until you created a new Outlook profile
from scratch.

Outlook will never work after you change operating systems until you create
a new profile and migrate your data to it correctly. Correct procedure is

Uninstall the Trial together with its Activation Assistant, then rebooting,
prior to installing a retail version of Office does not remove data.

Between Message Rules and Blocked Senders, you can have a total of 4096
rules and entries.
Blocking a sender and a rule using Delete It accomplish the same thing. For
news, the message is gone. For mail it goes to Sent Items. Using rules, you
also have the option to Delete It From Server so you never see the message.
The size of BS or MRs should not slow things down noticeably....

How did you configure your conversation view?
It does not display it for me in Outlook 2007 nor in Outlook 2010.
Make sure you set your view to Sort By Date and to Arrange By Conversation.

I think this is as self-explanatory as it gets: you already have a property
with the same name but a different property type.
Once you used a particular type for any given name, you are stuck with that
