Have you published the image to the location specified? According to the url in the CSS, it should be at http://calvin.hereyallgo.com/images/bgimgmncontent.png and it is not found there. cheers, scott

Don't count on that working since browsers and many ad blockers would still prevent that. Also, if the object is to somehow "protect" what it in a pop-up it won't. If I can see it on the web I can get it.

EW Trial Period

It works for 60 days. The downloadable version *is* the trial version, so licensing the product is just a matter of entering your license code in the startup dialog. Uninstalling and reinstalling would be a waste of your time. Paul Bartholomew Microsoft Expression Web Marked As Answer by Paul Bartholomew, MSFT , Moderator 16 hours 42 minutes ago

What type of data source are you using for the KPIs for the scorecard? Don't think it should matter, but if you go into the Dashboard Designer and look at the data source you will want to change the Cache Settings on the data source which by default is 10 minutes. You can either re-publish the data source to force an update or you can simply change the value to 0 (zero) or 1 so that it ...

There is no possible way for us to tell from screen shots. Publish the page (CSS, images, and all), and post a link. Then we can download it and see if we see the same thing, or perhaps someone will have a suggestion just by looking at the CSS.

You can style list views just about anyway you want with CSS. Gridviews may also be styled but that form is more limiting. Without seeing what you have it is difficult to say more.

Have you installed PHP on your local machine so that the testing server in EW can use it? See: https://www.microsoft.com/expression/news-press/ne wsletter/2008-04/Article01.aspx note it is written for EW 2 but the procedure is the same in EW 3.

Was the cgi-bin provided by your web host? Do they support perl scripts? The cgi-bin folder is usually a special folder provide by the web host with special security settings. Just curious as to why you are using a perl script over a PHP or ASP.NET script? (I thought you website was ASP.NET)

What were the names of the folders that were deleted? "Normally" when a new site is created on a windows server there are only two visible folders created: _private and images and 4 normally hidden _vti folders unless it is an asp.net site. Does the page and CSS you published work?

IIRC EW 2 will not run on Server 2003 any version. I also seem to remember that to install FrontPage on server 2003 required that IIS be shut down during the install.

The three divs sizes equals 950px, the same as the containing div. This means that there are no room for the default margin so in you stylesheet specifically set the margin (and the padding of the containing div) of these divs to zero.

The answer is "it depends". What are you wanting to use Silverlight/Flash to do on your site? I've been using Silverlight video for close to a year now and it reduced my bandwidth significantly over the previous Flash video.
