World, get pass the title of the article and the actual survey. EP is the 2nd safest city of it's size (500,000) in the US, NOT THE ENTIRE US. Although the title in the newspaper doesnt match the story, it CLARIFIES the standing. Nevertheless, EP is VERY SAFE.
