Would you cheat to win?

Quote: Begs the question if there was a new steroid out that was completely untraceable and athletes knew they couldn't get caught - how many would use it and cheat to win...probably quite a lot. of course "a lot". It's been shown. That's what BALCO (Bay Area Laboratory Co-operative) headed by Vic Conte did - develop new drugs that the IOC could not then detect

bench press chest sesh
Published (2009-11-19 17:01:00)
Bench is the only thing I do for chest, although I don't go higher than 10 reps. I build up to a max effort set then back off and do some volume like this: warm up with bar 50% x 5 60% x 5 65% x 3 (these first 3 sets are warm ups) 70% x 5 80% x 5 90% x max reps Then 5 more sets of 10, working down in weight until I'm using about 50% for the last set If you get your heavier sets in earlier you can lift more weight for more reps,...

Bring what up? You're mental!

Would you cheat to win?
Published (2009-11-19 16:43:00)
To be fair I would have done the same, we all cheat to a degree in sport. I know for one in football I am guilty of claiming a throw in is ours knowing its not, running away when about to get booked so the ref thinks its not me, when boxing i have stuck the odd kidney blow and low blow in, the odd head clash etc. We all do it, maybe to a leser degree but cheating is cheating.

Published (2009-11-19 21:36:00)
My left elbow feels like it's going to snap when I do pullups and I feel like I can't straighten my arms at the bottom. If I do stretch it past that point, a big click pops and it hurts like f*ck but I can then do a full pullup. Bloody joints!

To get 240g of protein, you could have:
2 shakes - 60g
500g turkey/beef mince - 100g
300g cottage cheese - 35g
1 tin tuna - 30g
1 pint milk - 15g
= 240g
Plus, when you add in incomplete proteins as well you'll get even more. If you have 100g of oats, a tin of beans/pulses, 50g of nuts and a couple of tbsps of PB, that's another 40-50g there.

Picking up after yourself and doing your half of the housework is the main thing that couples moving in argue over.
2nd one is money. Are you having a joint bank account? Splitting the bills half and half?
