Hair cuts are going to cost more now too due to 4th hand smoke. Smokers hair will have to be removed by bio harzzard teams now. Same for organ donations.. organs are no longer accept from smokers due to 4th hand smoke.

I am a smoker and dont agree with including bars, but there could be benefits from it.....i dont smoke at restaurants etc etc, but I do like to smoke at the bar...Maybe not smoking at the bar will make some people stop going to bars and in turn, possibly keeping some drunk people at home instead of driving from the bar to home...

These people are freaks. Nearly 60% of all Ohio voters want this ban and approved such a ban in 2006. I would say nearly 95% of ALL establishments in Ohio, now comply with this ban. Yet these few fringe wack jobs, find 100 signatures wrong and whale away with the claims is unbelieveable.
