This article got it slightly wrong.
AOL is the parent company, not Time Warner, as crazy as that seems. AOL will be spinning off Time Warner, not the other way around.

Either way, great news. Time Warner is too good to be under AOL, and AOL needs to die STAT. Or at the very least finally kill off it's desktop AOL client.

slower cpu
less cores
slower hdd
ram speed hardly noticiable
graphics card will be slower on mini

Also, very very few people who already have iPhone will sign up to yet another contract. Maybe if the tablet could tether via. bluetooth to your iPhone that'd be sweet.
Oh and a seriously discounted educational version would go down very very well, I'm just waiting for this to replace all my textbooks as a medical student.
