yo chose your EMS based on the availability of tuners for that platform.
On paper they are about the same, but the more proficient your tuner is, the more power you'll make saftely, regardless of EMS.
So I vote Haltech bc I have forged and even IP closeish.

if a 17yr old gets a Z, whether it be his own money or parents; good for him/her..a lot of young kids nowadays have nice cars...whatever makes them happy.
as long as theyre responsible and know the rules of the road, wouldnt even bother saying anything..and if theyre not, they'll eventually learn their lesson the hard way

Not to sound propaganda ish lol, but it's supposedly the "spiritual" successor to BG1 & BG2. It's was designed for PC first from what I've read and uses some things they did in Mass Effect (dialogue trees, Cause and effect, etc). Looks pretty cool though
