Someone's going to have to explain the tuna melt to me. Tuna sandwich with melted cheese ? Who the hell decided melted cheese on tuna was a good plan? Anyone else have other confusions about why anyone would make certain food items, this is the thread for it.

For your 1 drops, Mogg Fanatic and Uncle Fester are pretty good. Some would say "That one Kithkin Bastard" as he is called in my store, I honestly can come up with a name for the life of me, but he's your choice. Tattermunge Maniac or Raging Goblin are choices, but the former is slightly better than the latter, usually. Agony Warp is BROKEN. It is an amazing combat trick, and works to ...

I qualified for a Worlds Qualifier yesterday on MOL and the format for this is Standard. Now, I don't play Standard, ever. So it's not particularly feasible for me to drop a wad of money on a competitive deck to compete for one tournament. I don't have high hopes for this thing to begin with, but I'm going to try. Now is there a "cheap" competitive deck floating around out there, or would ...

Overview : I feel a new archetype has a very good chance to break out in the shifting metagame, and I've been tinkering with the foundation of it for quite a while now (mostly since Goblin Assault was spoiled). The list is SOMEWHAT influenced by the CounterPost decks of the past, and while it doesn't utilize the same type of control, it can still play a high-end control strategy ...

if your running Flame Javelin, don't you think you would want more red sources of mana in order to cut the cost of the Flame Javelin from being 4R to being maybe 2RR instead, or even possibly RRR??? just a thought on being more efficient with the card... Otherwise I would suggest the same thing that PowerSquirrel suggested, which is to go mono-white or go RDW's instead of splitting off between...

Nicol Bolas has something to do with Alara, correct? I'm thinking he'll be in the storyline, at least, but when will he be printed as a Walker, if ever? Is he too powerful to be a Neowalker? Alara block seems like a good time to print him, if he's involved in the storyline, seeing as he's the same colors as Grixis.

"There comes a Time when the Worlds cease to exist as they should, when rulers' power rivals that of the very Gods that created them. There comes a time when the very balance of the cosmos is so threatened, so at risk that only a purging fire can reset the Scales. It's Times like these when we must start those fires, and control the flames, lest they burn the planes down to ashes. That Time ...
