Yeah, I agree with them. I truly don't believe Kibler missed that trigger, or suddenly forgot to read the cards. He wins if the guy misses the trigger, just happens to miss it, then isn't penalized after he admits it, lol.

On the division: Why is Deserter a class but Survivor ambiguous? I think they should be in the same group. Also, I feel Spirit, Skeleton, and Zombie should be either all races or all ambiguous. See Revered Dead , Augur of Skulls , and Withered Wretch . I'd rather see them all ambiguous than all races, but clearly they should all be in the same category. Anyway, Nightstalker should definitely be a race or ambiguous, not a class....

Exalted Angel is definitely better than Loxodon Hierarch IMO as it has evasion and can be played more easily. It doesn't gain you life as easily as Hierarch but it still does gain life. Also you have no need for mass regeneration.
Fluctuator seems a bit as an overkill card to me but I'm not sure, how's it been for you in testing?

My changes to that list were -1 Broodmate Dragon, -1 Terminate, +1
Maelstrom Pulse, +1 Resounding Thunder. In the board I switched Duress with
Great Sable Stag, -1 Jund Charm and -1 Pyroclasm for +2 Terminate. So far
I' m 8-2-1 with this list over the course of 3 tournaments.

My vote is: Yes.
My thesis on why this should be printed is thus:
1. Counterspell really is too good at UU. UW is theoretically more than UU. No one likes or is happy with Cancel. A straight counterspell at UW fits the cost niche between Counterspell and Cancel, and I believe would be played and make players happy.

windstorm solves all problems flying creatures can do : you drop nocturnus, you loose, you drop broodmate (which is the only real problem jund have against elves with blightning)then you just wasted your turn, baneslayer sure is a real problem as long as you don't have an eldrazi monument or a windstorm in hand because you can't race against a 10 life point drop every turn, except with overrun. ...
