mine make a slight 'weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee' sound too...
I believe HID's draw less power than regular bulbs, so you should be okay. mine have been doing it for quite a while now... freaked me out at first, but with the hood closed and the car on, the sound disappears...

Well, mine isn't slammed, but it is lowered with SDS. And even with that small drop, and on stock 18" wheels, it rides noticeably stiffer. I couldn't imagine what it would feel like if it were any lower, and riding on 20s, like alot of people do.
I don't care what they say, it's stiff as crap.

I usually fight my own tickets. In Florida, if you have a pretty good driving record, and it looks like you do, you can go to the pre-trial conference and request a "withhold adjudication" and the magistrate/judge will usually let you go with no points, and perhaps court costs.
