I don't look gay. and you say... you can't follow that example. Wow. I'm up against a sharp wit here. Ironic that someone with the moniker "the Truth" wants to silence discussion.

The Bible addresses that in 2 Peter 1:20, 21: "Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation. For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke as they were carried along by the Holy...

I THINK DICK MIGHT OF FELT THE SAME AS MIKE DOES ONCE UPON A TIME. AND NOW.......... Dick Cheney rarely takes a position that places him at a more progressive tilt than President Obama. But on Monday, the former vice president did just that, saying that he supports gay marriage as long as it is deemed legal by state and not federal government. Speaking at the National Press Club for the Gerald R. Ford Foundation journalism awards, Cheney was...

More than 1 billion people in the world are starving. Millions more are living in war zones. The federal government spends a huge chunk of its money on making war. And yet some people think the most important issue for the ELCA is who is sleeping with whom. It's despicable. I daresay seeking God's peace and justice for all is much more important than peering ...

I'll have to respectfully disagree. Life in Christ Lutheran Church is a conservative and confessional Lutheran Church, one that God has blessed with rapid growth under the care of Pastor Spicer. We accept the Scriptures as the inspired and inerrant Word of God. We believe, teach, and confess the Lutheran Confessions as stated in the Book of Concord, as a true exposition and understanding of Gods...

The suggestion that gays form their own church would have made the most sense. However, when the leadership of the synod is pro-gay, the convention gets stacked with enough pro-gay to do the will of the leadership, the leadership is clueless as to what the Bible is saying, and the majority of lay people are willing to put up with the leadership as long as it is not in their congregation, there is...
