you know I haven't been taking my diet drug script in awhile and I have been taking my Ambien more often than not - and I have continued to lose weight - despite me not taking the diet pill. SO I wonder if me getting the good nights rest with my sleep script has helped. I do feel more well rested. ??? I am not surprised that there is a connection.

Shop Til You Drop The Pounds Window shop. Don't spend...expend. Hit the mall in the name of better health. When inclement weather sidetracks your normal walk, take to the nearest mall and make great strides. Peek in the windows as you pass by your favorite stores...over and over. Walk through the mall and take in the sights. In addition to a change in scenery, the mall is also a safe place when you're taking a solo stroll.

After planning on going back on hold with TTC I got a BFP this morning. Looks like I am due the first week in August! I still cant belive it, but I am over the moon.
