here is my idea for a mod: either swap out for a Warhammer SRM launcher, or cut down the current launcher by taking off the top two rows, removing the protruding missiles, and putting some blast doors on the front. but you are right: the LRM launcher is almost as big as the torso... but your idea of a WIP pj is just ... awsome. _________________

My wife scored a hit with our VW Golf in Nov 06. Didn't recover the deer though. So my wife wants to take my .30-30 that she adopted out and wack Bambi for messing up the car. _________________ People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf. --George Orwell Freedom isn't free, but you don't have to worry. Thanks Everyone

I was thinking on some of the things I've been thankful for during my free time with work and aside from being thankful for having my son and a job now, I'm quite thankful for everyone here and at BTU. I got off the phone with Enigma and while we talked, I mentioned that everyone helped out to get me where I am now. I was released from a debt to another member when I reminded him that I still owed him 12 painted minis and that if I...

Quote: Now to add a little perspective... I don't have a job and I want to buy an airplane. It's a buyers market in aviation and I can't get the toy I want! Gee, that sucks BlueWeasel! I take it they don't have any more F-18s going cheap on Ebay? Just a thought, if US stores are putting their prices up to the point where its getting difficult to afford minis etc. you could try across the pond. Ral Partha is still selling...

There's nothing wrong with credit cards so long as you keep them paid down/paid off. I let mine get away from me a bit, but I've since drastically reduced what I pay with my CC. I use it as an emergency only deal and pay extra than what I have to. For everything else, I use cash. It's just easier for me. I see what you're saying, Blackheart, but damn--that was kinda harsh about canned goods and such. You sounded like one...

Hmmm im now thinking your problem isnt the actual spaying or the clear coat your using but instead the actual preperation of your miniature before you actually start to paint it as Kurt hit home on. When you first get your miniature out of the blister do all the usual stuff such as cleaning off any mold lines and flash the usual, when thats done and your happy that the miniature will all fit together and before your start to assemble it give...

Now that it is over, I need some outside help. I'm thinking of calling my campaign "Not in Vain". There have been almost 5000 of my brothers and sisters in uniform killed in Iraq and Afganistan, and close to 13000 wounded. There is also the countless sacrifices made by those we left behind. The missed holidays, special occaisions, births, and the thousands of other daily family events ...

I thought that I would share this with you all. It is an alternate universe 'What-If'' of a major event in canon--the Amaris Coup. What if, House Kurita had NOT stood by and let Amaris get away with taking their family members hostage? Plus a few other changes from canon. I will post the first seven chapters today, and the remainder I will try to post on a day-to-day basis (there are 37 in ...

Hi all, Just as an update, we received pics of the prototypes for the upcoming mapscale Overlords. As of right now, I do not know how this will be manufactured. The Union wasa hollow 2 piece hull but the Overlord might be a single piece design. As you can see, we have created a Clan style nose-cone for those who would want a Clan style 'O' or to even use it as a newer Overlord A. ...

So, i take it by now most, if not all of you have heard of the Walmart employee who was killed by people trampling him to death stampeeding into the store on Friday morning.. Assuming the cops CAN identify those responsible, what should happen to them? _________________ It's not who you kill, but how they die.
