The best bras i have for that look, are from m&s theyre plunge ones and push ups. I have a few that give a great big boobed shape under clothes. Lasenza do theyre everyday push ups which give a nice shape. Or ultimo ones hahaha i could go on, i have loads, ill find some pics for you xxx

Hi hotmoni Don't worry, It should be swelling and the tip usually goes down quite a bit on the firts couple of weeks. When i rmoved my cast was worried I had the piggy look and my doctor reassured me that it would go down quite a bit. I have posted some post op pictures in another topic if you would like to see the results. I am very pleased. So pls don't worry xxx Congratulations on your new nose

I asked for subtle the first time but after a couple of goes I ended up having jet black and I am much more pleased with the results. and No the pain does not get easier with a top up sorry

Never tried slimming world i did weight watchers awhile ago.I have gone up to 9st6 and i hate it,it all goes to my stomach and top of my legs. Really need something to get me going again has i what to be 8st6 for xmas....

LoL Cheers, with me ive gone a bit obsessed with my nose now - from wantin an improvement i now want the perfect nose. I will see a surgeon to see if this is possible - i love kim's nose LOL so if not ill go with imrpovement. I dont want to go thru a revision im hopin it gets right first time.

No you are not being silly, i felt exactly the same, i have 2 little boys and my youngest was one 3 days after my BA i felt sooo guilty I kept thinking maybe they'll grow but i just thought no, i have wanted this for so long im just going to do it. I was really looking forward to my consult with IM too! I suppose just have a clear idea of what you do/don't like about your nose and what you want changing so that you can get the most out of discussing the various options available. If you've done any of your own imaging that can be useful to take along. Hope it goes well!

I'm thinking the same after a consultation with Mr Matti but my head says its definitely worth seeking at least one other opinion. Even if it means you end up in the same place in the end. You dont know what IM will say/advise.

Hiya, yup it is a lot of money.... i got my £7500 surgery with Matti covered by my insurance company. I had a deviated septum so he preformed a septo-rhinoplasty. its great if u have insurance- i pay about £1700 per year for my insurance, but they pay absolutely everything. very generous. this year i havent been super healthy and they have paid out all my medical expenses without hesitation. ...

WOW! You should put a before and after pic next to each other. cant believe the difference yet you still look like you (just better) My nose is similar to your before but with more bolbous (ive put pictures up). Im impressed with the results as you just look like a better version of yourself, which is what we all want eh :)
