So now at 55 with strong performance reviews but earning 50% more with my over 30 years of experience than a 35 year old colleague with ten years experience, I can now be tossed with no concern for an age discrimination lawsuit to protect me just because my employer of over 30 years decides they can save a lot of salary and PPO time on a less costly employee! The news this am was reporting that the FBI agent in charge of looking into the major poo pooed it. The pentagon says it was never informed and so are other
agencies. It appears they will let it hang on one person and I guess that nothing has been learned from this.
