My modem's IP is 192.168.1.1. My LAN subnet is 192.168.1.xx where xx is 100 - 150. I'll try your second to last command and see what happens. EDIT: Well, I'm posting this using the Tomato router. I don't know if it was the firewall script or something else but for now it works.

I gave tomato 1.27 a try and suddenly my torrents went slower, my connection count went to 2000!!! instead of the normal 400 or 500 and the CPU load became 0.83 instaed of the normal 0.15.... i did a full 30/30/30 reset and an NVRAM reset through the GUI... im not sure what caused the change but im back to Victek's 1.25 ND RAF version... (after cheating for a week with Thibor 15c).

Ok so its not the router and its not the connectivity to the playstation network. Only a few other pieces, the ps3 itself which i find unlikely, something else in your network that we do not know about or your isp is blocking (which could be possible). To test the last theory, yes its a pain but its definitive, try on a friends or familes network or have a friend of family that you have that has a ps3 playing online that can test on yours....

Apparently they changed the default password from user: blank pass: admin to user:admin pass:admin. Whin I connect an ethernet cable through the router I get an ip, but no internet connection and the wireles connection still has no internet. I'm going to try to re-install the linksys firmware...

An update: Hitting refresh on http://192.168.1.1 causes an error 18 out of 20 attempts. The other two attempts did correctly display the pixel, so it is working... but not very reliably.

I use Static IP addresses and so the Basic Network screen does not show the WINS field because DHCP is not selected. Hi. With the help of Misterox we created a new mod fw based on official Linksys 1.01.09 with telnet always enabled. The official Linksys firmware 1.01.09 doesn't have telnet anymore (also if you use the debug link) because for security reason Linksys remove the telnet module from source. Misterox arrange the GPL including the telnet module (got from Netgear source), modified the ...
