If the dog had been in its own yard, it would be a different story. The dog owner had ample opportunity to keep the dog confined. The dog had no business in the neighbor's yard, especially after more than one warning. The man was well within his rights to shoot it. I usually come to the defense of animals in these cases, but this is a clear cut case of where the dog was in the wrong.

It should still be called a Christmas Tree in my opinion.The political correctness in this country is getting to be so ridiculous,especially around Christmastime i noticed.His birth is not a holiday,but a celebration.Boo hoo somebody said Christmas,not season's greetings or happy holidays.

Theres something really strange about this. I find her actions quite disturbing. Educating kids about the dangers of fires is one thing but "scareing" them about the death of her own kids is just assinine. I think she needs a mental eval. This isnt about greiving the loss of her kids either.
