Cathy- I presently represent a pt who had an ADR to Avelox, who had a known ADR history. Her M.D. I aasked him why he Rx Avelox after he reviewed the chart and saw teh Hx of ADR. He said it was his "mediccal judgment". If you wan tot discuss this please call me at 1-800-455-4040

I’m 53 years old and active. 11 weeks ago I took Levaquin for 14 days. I had slight tendon side effects during treatment. After treatment, effects got worse – pain in the load bearing ligaments and the achilles heels. The pain was crippling. In this account, I’ll refer to time in weeks since stopping Levaquin. Levaquin - Topix

I suffer levaquin side effects to this day. Side Effects occured in Jan of 07. It is October 17,08 and I still have severe pain in both shoulders, neck, arms and wrists. Unable to workout for fear my tendons will explode. Will this ever go away? Feel free to e-mail me at stormchasers@hotmail.com
