Guardianship Laws in Illinois

Formal guardianship is typically handled through the courts, rather than with a simple signed, notarized paper. You'd do well to consult with an attorney specializing in family law to ensure that everything is on the level. First consultation is usually free.

does your bridge connect to the city property such as a street or such? It doesn't sound like it but I am trying to figure out why anybody would think she would have any legal right to use your bridge. From what I can understand here, I would simply tell her to build her own city acceptable bridge and to stay off your property.

For instance, you take an objective, factually accurate, non-threatening, non-inflammatory remark about the potential legal fallout of such a thing as "abusive". That says to me, "Hi there. As long as they still owned the house, they can rent it out. They may be liable for damages if they breach the lease, such that you have to move early due to foreclosure. You say there was a notice of foreclosure in November, 2008. That was a year ago. What happened between then and now?

Smoking is not a protected right under either Federal or Iowa law.
Under the law, breaks of under 20 minutes must be a paid break. However, neither state nor Federal law prohibits the employer from requiring that pay to come out of your PTO time.
Additionally, neither Federal nor Iowa law requires that you be granted smoke breaks at all (NO state in the US requires smoke breaks). In ...

You need to speak with an attorney who can work on presenting a defense based upon you mental capacity and lack of ability to form the intent to commit a crime.
However, the fact that you chose not to take your medication will likely play against you since such delusions are probably a predictable result of your failure to take the medication.
Consult local counsel ASAP.

That's one of the problems with credit cards. Once you establish a relationship with one of them, then all pertinent information can be shared with all involved with the debt, no matter where it goes.
You will need to send a cease communications to each collector as they contact you. Or, you could save a few bucks and simply ignore them.

She has to follow the rules of her probation. Legally, if the relationship is not sexual in any way, you can "see" each other. But, if her P.O. says it ain't allowed, then it ain't allowed.

Why are you sure you passed the sobriety tests? What does the police report say about your performance on those tests? Because that's where things presently hang.
Did you elicit any testimony in relation to inevitable discovery or the sobriety tests during your hearing?

It's best to leave the kids out of the middle. If you have problems with your ex's conduct, you should discuss them with your ex or, if not possible, your lawyer.

Seems like the logical thing to do would be to report all income you received. Would your argument for appeal be that you entered into a contract to defraud several government agencies and the other party violated the terms?

If so, you want to keep his lidar data. Take a look at VC 40802 for the real definition of speed trap.
You should obtain the speed survey for the highway you were cited on. Call CALTRANS if it was a state road.

If convicted, the Vehicle code mandates a license suspension for one year. However, you CAN request a restricted license through the court.
Your best bet to argue an unlawful search would be to hire an attorney. Whether he had reasonable suspicion to detain you or not will depend on what he has to say. Note that it takes very little suspicion to justify a detention. And, it is likely he ...

My question involves police conduct in the State of: Georgia
My neighbors called the police on a noise complaint. I was inside, no music on at this time, studying in the living room (from which I can see the kitchen and the back door). I hear a tap on the back door, look to see flashlights and then a police officer immediately enters our kitchen. There was a bong sitting on the kitchen ...
