as i said i am torn between better and world lawn . understanding i have never used any walkbehinds of this size the things i dont like personally about the BETTER the deck appears weak by most standards. The deck is a designed and stamped out then it is assembled into a welded deck ,BUT it appears to be a tounge and grove pattern (for lack of better words ) it looks alot like my gravley 60"deck the way it is assembled it has like 50...

I just payed $2k to have a rebuilt one installed. My casing was cracked so they couldn't rebuild it.

I got alot of work right now and added 8 more yards for next year in the last 2 weeks. Im thinking of getting a part time guy to help 25hrs or so a week. I want it to be legit, how did you guys add your first legit employee??

not yet and better not get wind of it here, i try not to go that long anyways , i am done after todays work with all round 6, thanks to the weather. it rained and snowed many days in a row and shut us down so it prolonged the work getting done. sound familiar huh!

I'm fully insured and have one guy about my age that works for me too. I do carry worker's comp. I own and paid out right for all my equipment and truck.

I think you need to move . Seems like the world is only ending in your area of bc. And yes your co worker is right life is to short, and i dont want to waste any more of my life reading your pointless rants. So move away from bc (aka hell) and start smiling a bit more. Lots of work in Ontario with the Pan Am games coming .

that's funny, I was just reading this and thinking, man I just to have a walker that same model... Then I saw who was posting.
I seem to recall something like you are describing happening at some point in time, but I have no idea what it was, or if it was in fact that mower... Not much help... Double check to make sure none of the pulleys are hitting on metal anywhere, edges or ...

I've looked at adding options I liked on other brand skids in the past and it was always way more money than it was worth. If you know the options you need you are better off just buying the machine that has them on it.
