Matsui really only had 2 good games out of 3. I'm not sure that I agree with the decision. It's not like his Game 3 home run won the game. It was just insurance. Why is everyone saying that he might not be back next year?

They are an early surprise. They are back to the run and gun style of ball. They're frontline is still undersized. Nash and Hill are getting up there in age. If they stay away from injuries they could possibly get a playoff spot.

This game will have it's challenges, but Lakers should bounce back strong.
Without a doubt the loss Friday night had less to do with Mavs and more to do with Lakers trying too hard for some reason. Mostly the team and Ron trying to force themselves getting comfortable within the offense, instead of letting it come to them. Either way the loss was a good thing, takes the "20-1" talk ...
