For a start the stadium will have insurance to cover the cost of the repair. Then the insurance will find out who did the damage and recover the costs from him. Stoney, if you made a promise that you'd pay for any damage done to anything you need a serious head check, what would of happened if 100 people did the same thing? What if the protest went sour and a riot happened. I don't buy that stoney is liable and I don't see why...

Semantics (or "Sementics" if they're wankers). It sounds fancier, but means the same thing.
Although not according to wikipedia: Mechanic vs. Technician
A mechanic is a craftsman who uses tools to repair machinery
A technician is generally someone in a technological field who has a relatively practical understanding of the general theoretical principles of that field, e.g., as ...

Do you have some sort of certificate for your permanent residency?
It would be interesting to see if that counts as "a current certificate of identity as defined in section 2(1) of the Immigration Act 1987".
Might be worth checking out your local Community Law Centre or Citizens Advice Bureau.

Doesn't ACC usually have large parking buildings? A pack of ten or twenty noisy vtwins or inline fours will fucking devastating inside there.
Why not ride around inside the parking buildings while while staff are coming or going from work? Don't do anything intimidating - you won't need to. Just ride your noisy intimidating bike around and don't eye contact anyone - nothing illegal ...
