before you go with any product you must know something. a wax is not always a wax. I mean that wax such carnuba wax gives you the best shine ever. BUT it does not last long. It is perfect for shows but not for everyday use. It will be washed off within less than 2 weeks. On the other hand, you can get less shine but long lasting protection. Other waxes (more or less natural) will provide nice shine and pretty long protection. I personally use...

Thanks PLP all of the avatars are still out on me today. I only get my own showing when I edit one of my posts, but it goes again if I answer a post. One of those quirky things that happen. I suppose it will get sorted. Happy motoring.

I just put new Bilstein shocks on my 2004 Toyota Tacoma (plus a 2.5" lift ). It has 77,000 miles on it and was due. I cannot tell you enough how much of a difference the Bilsteins make over the stock shocks (albiet the stocks were worn). Bumps that were rattling through the cabin are now being eaten up by the shocks. It's like driving a new vehicle. Now, Bilstein doesn't make a direct application for the Borrego, or any Kia...

A really good wax has a high wax content so personaly i use NavWax its got about 30% wax in it, the likes of that turtle wax etc has a much lower wax content as there liquid and not solid. if you want to go even better than NavWax you could try using Dodo Juice as there 'Natural Wax' has a wax content of about 80% Heres the tin for the NaviWax Heres the Dodo Juice Natural wax If you want something that is easy to use id recomend...

The Kia brochure states "Kia Motors America reserves the right to make changes at any time without notice and without obligations as to colors, materials, specifications, features, accessories, packages and models." I suspect the 'without obligations' clause is likely relevant to your inquiry.

I'm pretty happy with the lights as they are. On my last car, when I had to get new headlights, I went for Silverstars and thought those were bright. The stock lights on my EX seem pretty bright in low beam, and the high beams seem as bright or brighter than those Silverstars did.

OK, here are my 2 cents. I did purchase a HID kit from hidguy. Shipping was really fast, ballasts are slim, but they have two parts, not only this small credit card like piece. Contact with them kind of poor though... But, what is most important. I discovered a very bad problem. Well, at least it happened with my Rondo where I have projector housing. Welcome to the forums. I am not very familiar with your model but the dealer should have parts book drawings with an exploded view of the hoses etc. Try www.kiatechinfo.com it is free to register and you can go to the shop section to find an online manual for your car that should show the hose and where it attaches. I am sure a fellow owner will soon post telling you about the missing ...

£227 But, with your discounts it comes in at about the same as I paid for ours last week. We declined the courtesy car as we didnt need it, and ours doesnt get washed at our local Kia dealer (no matter how much it needs it). It amazes me sometimes how the cost can vary so significantly for roughly the same car in the same dealer network. Ours was £175.67

There might be a few things that are causing the noise the most likely is tyres {especially any larger off road tread type}. Try cruising along on a smooth service and putting the car in neutal and coasting . Is the sound constant and just quietens as you slow? If the sound remains fairly constant try swapping rear tyres side to side to see if the sound shifts. One other thing could be a brake...

first of all, a polish would do the complete opposite to protect it from the elements. I personally wouldn't polish it myself and take it to a detailer or a professional valet place and get them to polish it once a year or so (any more is just unnecessary). Buy some wax or sealant and apply that after the polish for protection.

Good post. I too appreciate info and feedback like this. Once the 08 Rondos are more available here I'll be crawling all over them and test driving them to death. I had a bad experience with an Optima, which was mostly due to an incompetent dealer. Regardless, one can't be too careful.
