If they dont just pop off I usually try to rotate them slightly so I can get a couple of flat blade screwdrivers under the mounting ears. Then pry up a little while twisting the cone. Be sure to clean the surfaces where the oring seals the wipe some grease on them.

I just pulled my pump off my ski and I am trying to get the cone off of the pump the last time I broke mine getting it off is there a trick or something to get it off. please let me know.
