Reflresh my memory!!! He's the dingo/shar-pei mix ... Right?
If i recall, you didnt exercise or give much mental stimulation, Right?
My Patchs (English Pointer / Cattle Dog) needs a minumum of 2 hours per day of running and playing, and about 1/2 hour of trick and obedience training. I would think that a dingo/shar-pei mix would need at least that or more in order to avoid becoming ...

I've talked to my vet about this at great length, and his feeling is that the rabies vaccine is probably good for 5+ years. I know there are people that are working on getting laws changed, but my guess is that it will be state by state. I should get more involved and probably will. Larger dogs like mine are less likely to have adverse reactions but I love all dogs.

Hi,
I am trying to make arraingments to have my puppy shipped from a breeder in Texas to my home in NJ. Has anyone ever used UShip for shipping purposes?
I have 2 bids for travel by van/suv to my home but am not sure how reliable this is. It seems like a site like Ebay with feedback, etc. Just wondering if anyone has used this service.
Thanks,
Jamie

yikes. im sorry to hear about your son. glad he's ok!
it's unfortunate when people think that training in class only will solve the problem. If you are adjusting your dogs behavior, you need to adjust yours as well. Training needs to be constant until the dog learns.

I've never heard of this guy and what he does to the poor dog in the first link is not right. Obviously, the dog is obedient simply by fear. I can't believe he tugged so hard on the leash when the poor dog exceeded the distant he should walk ahead of him. That poor dog was fearful. And for him to smack him on the snout for looking at him for the next command???? No one should follow is ...

We are currently teaching Keegan to play dead. She lays on her back soooo cute with her legs up in the air. So I am taking a behavior that she already does and putting a name with it. After she gets the name we will begin teaching her to do it on command.
Wish I had more time to teach silly tricks, but now with new babies it is hard to find time for anything.
