Does your online claim/judgement include the company no? If it does I'd say that was good enough. If not, I think you have to start again. And yes, they may well disappear off the face of the earth before you are in a position to enforce your judgement. _________________ Nick Moon [WebMaster] www.justclaim.co.uk

I have had relatively very little experince of the County Court Process or Experince, as i can say i feel they are two seprate subjects. The 1st i had was, as is every other thing in Life subject to circumstances and Experince, and being a Litigant in Person on the verge of the Woolf Reforms being implemented, was confusing as to which version of the Rules would apply. but i do see that i was given some leay way at that time. thats a real shame.. it was in working order when i tested it last and described the Item as tested.. I would say it has had a shunt during postage and the lazer is out of alignment. So the Legal term AS IS has no meaning to Ebay or Paypal?

Paypal will find for the buyer - you described it as in working order - buyer says it isnt, fact that you offered £20 reinforces buyers case. Paypal will require proof of return of item to you and will then award buyer full value including post back to buyer.

I filed in small claims court against one of my clients who owed me for two unpaid invoices. The name of the company and the invoice address turned out to be slightly different than the true one. The original invoice address was actually for their previous bookkeeper who forwarded on all the paperwork to the defendent and the invoice name had the addition of (London) between the name of the ...

I freelanced part time at an advertising agency over a 6 and a half month period. When I submitted my final invoice for 2 days worked in November I was told via email firstly that I had not been asked to come in for that entire time. Then in a second email, that I had come by my own wish. What are my chances going to small claims? There are two issues/questions: 1) ...

Is it illegal for an internet company to debit your credit/debit card if the item you have ordered is not in stock? I'm finding alot of companies doing this now especially on ebay. They take your money first, then order the item from their suppliers. Why should the public fund these companies? Surely this is a case of obtaining money by deception ?? Most other ...

My company overpaid employees who are residents of Switzerland but were employed under a UK contract for work in Switzerland. The HR department also failed to provide a work permit (residence and work permits are dealt with separately in Switzerland) for one of them. How easy or difficult would it be to sue them for the return of the overpayment of salary or as one employee was ...
