Hi... again. Last night we were learning
Morote Seoi Nage and I could not execute it due to a pain in my elbow. Is there any way to prevent that pain... whenever my partner did it he didnt complain of any pains but I believe we did it the same way. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

Hello all, anyone know how I can watch the olympics live over the internet,(of course
Judo but also everything else) from Japan. I've tried NBC's service, but it asks for a zip code and TV providor. Also the BBC's system doesn't seem to work here. Any ideas? Luke.

I recently moved to
Seoul and I don't speak Korean. I would like to try Judo but I don't know where to find training for a beginner. I looked on website of the Judo Union of Asia, but I could not find anywhere to train. Does anyone know where to look?

What do you consider is the most dangerous (whatever your definition of that is) fighting style (either within or outside of judo) compared to others and please say why.
