Yeah, I know! I also thought that Bryan was going to win and was shocked to see Kevin take the win. I understand that he won because of his execution than technique. I think the judges gave him the chance to compete at Bocuse d'Or 2011 because Kevin seemed to hold it together than the other chefs. The other chefs panicked. I guess they're assuming that Kevin will sharpen his technique before then and be fully prepared to compete. I...

Somebody did already. I think it was AussieGrobie. You can't post a lot of words on here. Maybe you can over there - not sure. The board spammers have taken a lot of threads from here that they did not start, and started them on the new board using their names. I hope if ours get moved over there, that they delete theirs.

yup, mid-Canada is in the middle of a deep freeze. -25 on a good day, my car didn't start on the weekend even though it was plugged in. Ridiculous! And
