So why is sh404 listed on this list? there is a reference on the vulnerabilitiy list that also points to the resolution . it is on the list because i has had a notified vulnerability that end users may not know about. as the list states. You can't make changes to the files on your server with Firebug. Are you using FTP or NinjaXplorer to look at your files? You will have to do it that way because you can only edit certain files through the Joomla! Template Manager. I highly suggest using NinjaXplorer. It's easy to install and makes accessing your files through the administrator backend a snap. Once you have access to your files through FTP or NinjaXplorer, the...

How do you install this media? Is it throught the xml media tag? If you install them using JFile from the install.youcomponent.php then it will not be removed unless you remove them from your uninstall.yourcomponent.php file.

Hi This looks like an interesting component. If you're going to migrate this component to J!1.5, you might as well start using J!1.5 constants. I don't know what the error in your code is. But in J!1.5, instead of $mainframe->getCfg('absolute_path') the constant JPATH_ROOT is used, and instead of slashes ("/") the directory separator is used, for broader compatibility: Code: require_...

_jonas_ wrote: Why is {loadposition myposition} in a custom HTML module only showing the accual tag and not the myposition content? The problem with Joomla 1.5.x is that the HTML module (was Custom module in 1.0.x) is no longer processed by the content plugins. To resolve this, you can install a module called "CustomContent" by Ian MacLennan. This is a module that allows you to publish a ...

Hello, I've been going around trying to find a fix for this. I'm trying to get a secondary menu to run on only images, I've created a second mod_mainmenu in moduals, I have it resting on the "top1" level and got everything set up (including images in the menu I'm creating) and all is well untill I try to get only the images to show, without the text (so using "list" in the menu style, in module...

When you say banner, do you refer to the top picture? When you say advertisement link on the left, do you refer to the one on the right?

A simple, perhaps not the best way, would be to set Link3 URL as #. Check the settings for your sublinks in Menu Manager>Parameter (Components) there is a setting for Catergory Title, chances are it is set to Global, so change to Hide.

Greetings: Joomla can be installed in the HTML document root directory. While it can be installed in any subdirectory, it can also be installed in the root HTML directory. What's your goal with the .htaccess file? Thank you.
