Something like this: Foam roll 10 minute walk to gym First lift of the day: 15-20 x very light weight and then I do sets of 3-5 while adding weight until I get up to my work sets. Usually less reps as I get closer to my heaviest sets. This varies, though. I often need to do more sets for squats than other movements. Conversely, military press takes a lot less time. There's kind of a feeling that I shoot for -- everything feels primed for...

Hey,
Good work with settings goals and motivating yourself. First thought off the top of my head is that you are probably doing too much around your workout. If you are doing a 30 minute run you are probably going to be too tired to give it your all during your workout, and therefore won't make progress as quickly as you would like. What I would suggest is moving your running and swimming to the...

I don't like the routine posted. The way the reps are set-up make it needlessly confusing and I can see progression being a problem. Also, exercise selection could be better.
Here's a good 4-day split from Mastover:
MONDAY:
Squats 5x5-10
Leg Extensions: 3x15
Stiff leg Deads 4x10
TUESDAY:
Incline DB Press 4x6-10
Weighted Dips 4x6-10
Cambered bar Skullcrushers 4x6-10...

What is your body fat %, roughly? This would seem like important information - there's a difference if you are 190 with a 170 lean, or 190 with 140 lean.
Unless alot of your mass is lean, it seems to me that your caloric deficit needs to be bigger for your goals. 2200 cals without much cardio isn't going to burn fat quickly, IMO, but i'm no expert.

I have been to 5 UFC events, and it is great. I almost ordered tickets to 101 but couldn't really make it work with my schedule, so I passed.
To see that 205 fight? I would have made it work .
Have fun!
BJ Penn in rounds 1-2, Kenny in 3-5. Kenny wins split: 48-47 KFlo, 48-47 KFlo, and a crazy judge gives BJ 4 rounds 49-46 (Almost always one crazy judge )
