Help with abs with lumbar problem
Published (2009-11-23 19:39:00)
To do the hanging L-sit, you need any kind of strong hanging aparatus, like a pullup bar. Then you just lift your legs until they are as close to 90 degree angle as you can. From here, you can hold it, or lower and raise again. Repeat as many times as you can. You can also just do hanging tucks, and this is good for abs too. If you don't have a pull-up bar, you might want to buy one, or try these at a local playground until it gets too...

Some of you may have noticed that I've created a new set of forums designed to offer support for the upcoming JSF BodyShop web site. When the JSF BodyShop beta program is launched in the very near future, all of these new forums will be available to those who are participating in the closed beta program (Bronze Supporters or higher initially, JSF Supporters at a later date). Once we officially open BodyShop to the masses, everyone will...

George I will have to give it a whirl as it's pretty gosh darn raw and a little bloody after lifting tonight Today - Coan Bench Program week 7 Flat Bench: 2x5 @ 190 - This went up a lot easier than I thought it would. At no point was I worried about missing a rep Narrow Grip Bench: 2x5 @ 165 - This went up pretty easily as well. A few weeks back my narrow grip was my weakest of the benches. I feel like it's catching up in a hurry!...

I'malmost scared to go because I'm so psyched to attack the weights and blowoff steam. BTW you look like you just finished a clean bulk in thosephotos, dam your huge.

This would be a perfect excuse for you to quit, but I know you won't do that. You won't quit, because you understand that life is full of constant set-backs, and situations like yours are a great opportunity to grow as a person. By rehabing the injury and coming back to your original plan in a few weeks (lose weight, bench press your bodyweight, etc.) , you can build references for ...
