I've got the same thing going on with a 2000 Cherokee. It is the brake switch that folks have been discussing here. There's nothing wrong with my switch, it's just that when I let off the brake the pedal doesn't come forward enough to make the switch go off. I guess what I need to know is how do you increase the tension on the brake pedal so that it comes forward enough to turn the brake light ...

I also have a 02' GC with the same heating problem. I have no heat on the passenger side and plenty on the driver side. Which is fine for me (the driver) but kinda sucks for the passenger. I started out with my '93 Larado not starting 'till the check engine light came on, then a couple of weeks ago it would not start at all. No fire out of the coil. My Jeep wont statr when it's been sitting 4 a while (like over night or 4 at least 6-7 hrs) I've checked fuel pressure, coil, rotor and fuses. I haven't taken out the crank case positioning sensor.but when it turns over it sounds rough then sounds good. there's no spark when it's cold. this has been going on for about 3 weeks now and I haven't been able to figure it out and it's driving me crazy
